Czech Government Proposes Reduction in Corporate Tax Rate

The Czech government is proposing to reduce the corporate tax rate from 35% to 33%.

It would also reduce a withholding tax on dividends paid to both resident and nonresident  companies from 25% to 20%. Both changes would be effective next year.
