The House passed a 1,116-page budget reconciliation bill early Thursday, expected to set off a rush to start construction of clean energy projects between now and early October. You can read our analysis here. 

Here’s a link to the original bill that was modified by a Rules Committee’s amendment to the bill. That amendment made a number of changes to raise more revenue by curtailing energy tax credits further than the original bill would have.
