New Rules on R&D Tax Credits

New rules on R&D tax credits have been put on hold. The Bush administration wants to review complaints that the government is being too stingy about what qualifies as research. An article in the February NewsWire reported on the difficulties of trying to build such tax credits into the financing structures for power projects.
