Banks remain eager to lend.  There is little upward pressure on rates.  North American deal volume reached $56 billion in 2015, up 24% from the year before.  Renewables were up 70%.  There were 104 active banks, up 10% from 2014.  Another increase in number of banks is expected in 2016.
