I presented at the 2024 NY-GEO NYC Conference on October 23 on a panel that addressed technical tax issues that are currently holding the geothermal heat pump industry back from achieving the potential the Inflation Reduction Act appeared to offer and a second panel on which I addressed the transferability market for federal energy tax credits.
